Study closet went from a cramed, disorganized mess to a closet organized with shelving and drawers. Now we have too much space! Melissa listened to our thoughts and offered options to improve the plan and keep costs down. Our installer did a great, meticulous job, leaving the space clean & ready to use. Working with David, my designer was very informative.
He made the whole process so easy to follow and very flexible with designs that fit my needs. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The installers were awesome. Unfortunately I did not get their names but the were extremely efficient. They took away any cardboard and trash and vacuumed the area before they left. I love both my closets, highly recommend dealing with them 😊

This is my second experience with Closet Envy and I love their work - very professional, helpful and the final product is something that enjoy for years!! The benefit of having a design partner is invaluable (thanks David!) and then having such an efficient installation team is a huge win. Again this is something that I enjoy but also use and look at everyday so to me, investment is worth it and I have so much trust in the Closet Envy team to provide a high quality experience and product. Thank you! (Also I got the epoxy flooring for my old garage and it was the BEST thing we could have done. It added so much value to our house and was so easy to clean!)

We are so pleased with our new large, walk-in closet! David was excellent to deal with from the onset. He was very professional and gave us a 3D demonstration so we could visualize the end product. He was very responsive to emails and phone calls. The company was also accommodating when I had to change our installation date. The actual installation was seamless. The installer was on time, skillful, polite and very clean. The closet is beautiful! We could not be more pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had a walk-in closet designed and installed by Closet Envy, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish.

From the very first contact, the team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Chilise came to my home to discuss my vision and what I was hoping to achieve with the space. She took detailed measurements and later designed two beautiful options for my walk-in closet. She emailed both designs to me and also let me know about their design centre so I could see the materials and finishes in person.

When I visited the design centre, I was blown away. The space is absolutely stunning, and it was incredibly helpful to see the actual materials, colours, and finishes up close before making my final choices. I loved being able to visualize exactly what my closet would look like.

Once I placed my deposit, the installation date was scheduled right away. Being a bit of a Type A personality, I removed the existing shelves and rods myself and prepped the walls ahead of time—lol.

On installation day, Greg arrived right on time, introduced himself, and reviewed the space before getting started. The installation was efficient and didn’t take long at all. When he finished, he cleaned everything up thoroughly and walked me through the completed closet, including showing me which shelves are adjustable.

The final result looks fantastic and functions exactly how I wanted. The whole process—from design to installation—was smooth, professional, and well organized.

I’m extremely happy with the finished product and the overall experience. I have already been recommending Closet Envy to family, friends, and coworkers, and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Closet Envy is an amazing company, true to their work and interested in customer service. Initial consultation, quote and installation date were efficient and very quick. Reminders about installation appreciated. For a small walk in closet, they created an unbelievable amount of storage space. So much in fact, I have empty space. We recently had our closet renovated by Closet Envy and are delighted with the results. We selected this company from amongst all the others because they were a Canadian company and we wanted to support local. We met with the store designer David, who was very accommodating, personable and professional. He made himself available to us at our convenience, and our first meeting with him decided us. David took measurements and had a design for us within a few days. We eventually settled on what we wanted after looking at their showroom and the materials they had. On the day of installation, everything went smoothly and our closet was finished by the end of the day. We were very satisfied with the look and finish of everything. The installer was professional, worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. We were satisfied with the entire process from start to finish and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a closet redone.
